AMCHEZ SERVICES LTD is a wholly Nigerian owned limited liability company established in May, 2002 with the prime objective of Fabrication of torque boats, self-propelled barges, house boats, century barges and marine equipment. We also provide waste management and environmental services and supply of oil and gas equipment and Engineering operations.
AMCHEZ SERVICES LTD has since its inception recorded tremendous growth in terms of operations and clientele. From a small sized company providing the above listed services, the company has expanded its business operations to include environmental and spillage control services, marine logistics operations, fabrication and transportation, leak repair, flow line and flare installation in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry.
AMCHEZ SERVICES LTD has agency with some leading manufactures in Europe which include Physique Plc UK, Fossil Liquitrol , Prospectix Petroleum Ltd, Prolock , Catu and HANDS Consultancy Marine Limited.

Health and safety of persons, protection, of the immediate work environment, cordial relationship with host community and general security of operation, personnel and equipment is the company’s top most priority.
Communication between management and workers at all levels is an essential part of effective health and safety management. Consultations will be facilitated by means of safety committee meetings every month or as often as deemed necessary. All employees are expected to co-operate with safety officers and to accept their duties under this policy. Disciplinary action may be taken against any employee who violates safety rules or who fails to perform his or her duties under this policy.
Regular inspection of the work place will be conducted in quality and safety audits. In addition inspection will be conducted in the relevant areas whenever there are significant changes in the nature and / or scale of our operations. It is the policy of the association to comply with the law as set out in the provision and use of work equipment regulations.
The company endeavors to ensure that all equipment used in the work place is safe and suitable for the purpose for which it’s used. All workers will be provided with adequate information and training to enable them to use work equipment safely. All workers who may be exposed to risk to their health and safety while at work will be provided suitable, properly fitting and effective personal protective equipment. All PPEs provided by the company will be properly assessed prior to its provision and will be maintained in good order.
